Equipping them with valuable skills, confidence, and qualifications that support employment opportunities for inmates upon release.
In this role, youll provide hands-on instruction in professional cleaning techniques, including biohazard procedures, to strengthen learners employability and personal development.
Collaboration is key youll work closely with learning support practitioners to meet the needs of neurodiverse learners, liaise with awarding bodies to ensure timely certification, and maintain a restorative, person-centred approach throughout your teaching.
Key Responsibilities Instruction & Training Deliver engaging BiCS Cleaning Training, ensuring all learners develop the practical knowledge and understanding needed to work safely and effectively in cleaning and hygiene roles, including compliance with COSHH and health and safety standards.
Lead cleaning academy inductions, covering academy policies, safe equipment use, and emergency procedures.
