Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
 * A recognized social work qualification
 * Active SWE registration
 * Substantial experience in direct work with vulnerable children
 * The ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
 * A commitment to promoting the safety and wellbeing of children

 * Competitive salary with a market increment of £2,750 per annum
 * A 'Golden Hello' lump sum payment of £2,125 after one year of service (for external candidates only)
