Midsize, 4-star superior hotel, located near the Hermiston Gait area of Edinburgh is looking for a full time, on site Finance Manager to support our Leadership team and hotel owner.

As a minimum requirement, applicants must be able to demonstrate experience in performing all of the following duties:
Manage daily accounting tasks including AP, AR and credit control
In charge of bank accounts, making domestic and international payments
Completing payroll cycles and submit it to accounting firm
Submitting tax returns, PAYE and private pensions
Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliation
Preparing monthly cash-flow forecast
Reconciling online payment solutions such as or similar to Stripe / Planet
Prepare journals, reconciliations and assist with management reporting
Completing month-end and year-end processes
Keep records of provisions, pre-payments and accruals
Completing daily banking and handling cash in the hotel
Completing monthly bank reconciliation
Experience in budgeting and management forecast
Working daily with outsource accounting firm
Supervise central procurement system, audit supplier price compliance
Complete annual financial audits with external auditors
What we expect:
BSc or MSc in corporate finance
Years of experience in hotel finance in the UK could make the deal
