YF are incredibly excited to be partnering with an incredible food brand that has gone from strength to strength in recent years. A major player in the international category, they are stocked in all major supermarkets including Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Ocado and Morrisons as well as local independent shops.
They are on the lookout for a Brand Manager ready to make a real impact. This is the chance to own and execute a brand strategy across multiple channels, be the voice behind a distinct and authentic challenger brand, and help bring it to life through powerful storytelling, digital campaigns, trade marketing and knockout content.
They are looking for someone creative who is excited to come in and bring their brand strategy to life.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, shopper and experiential that build brand love.
* Own the digital presence: think social, email, website, and performance marketing.
* Craft and curate killer content that hits the mark with the target audience.
* Lead product launches, build out trade marketing plans, and manage key external partners.
* Be a brand ambassador - activate at events, drive sampling, and grow community engagement.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience across FMCG - ideally challenger brand.
* A creative self-starter with a passion for storytelling.
* Hands-on digital marketing experience (bonus points for shopper marketing exposure).
* Passion for food, a love of travel, and a curiosity for culture.
