Job Title: HR Advisor Location: Sittingbourne Salary: £32,000 Key Responsibilities: Assist the HR Manager with HR projects, policy development, and learning & development initiatives. Maintain and update HR records across PeopleHR, Nvolve, and M-Files, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support recruitment by coordinating job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes. Provide administrative support, manage HR documentation, and liaise with other departments. Assist in employee relations cases, including preparing documents and minute-taking in formal meetings. Ensure compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, and company policies. Draft and distribute HR communications, policy updates, and training materials. Key Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of ER case handling experience. Experience in HR project work and a strong understanding of UK employment law. Proven ability to take minutes during formal HR meetings. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills. Ability to draft professional communications without relying on templates. Strong multitasking and workload prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently.
