The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an office-based Export Administrator to support customer despatch operations, at our client based in Sutton in Ashfield.
This role involves shipping orders through UK routes (non-customs), producing essential business and compliance paperwork, and ensuring smooth and accurate despatch processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and ship customer orders via UK routes
* Generate all required documentation for despatch and compliance
* Maintain accurate data input and administrative records
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
* Support general office duties as required
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in customer despatch or shipping
* Strong numeracy and data input skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
* Desirable: Experience with FedEx, UPS, and exporting/customs procedures
