An exceptional opportunity for a Workplace Manager to join a prestigious international investment management firm and oversee a Grade A London office space.
Your role will be to oversee and coordinate all workplace, facilities, access management, and health & safety activities, ensuring compliance with statutory inspections, British Standards, and ACOP.
This role involves leading projects from MEP infrastructure feasibility studies to internal moves and changes, utilizing data-driven decision-making and implementing KPIs for continuous improvement. You will manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure top-tier service delivery while staying ahead of industry developments and emerging technologies. As a subject matter expert in hard services, you will champion sustainable practices, ensuring environmental compliance and fostering a culture of sustainability within the organization.

* Data & Procurement: Confident with spreadsheets, basic number crunching, and challenging data insights to optimise procurement.
* Project Management: Experienced in handling multiple facilities/workplace projects and overseeing their execution.
* Hard Services Oversight: Not an engineer, but familiar with technical services and able to manage them effectively within a team.
* Workplace Management: Less about snacks and coffee brands—this role focuses on traditional facilities management, not the "fluffy" extras - (the fluffy extras are still important... just won't be the focus of this role).
* Supply Chain Expertise: A critical aspect of the role, extensive experience in supplier and contractor negotiations is a must.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring statutory compliance is a key responsibility.
