Our client, a leading name in the hair care industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. About Your Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead the management and cultivation of relationships with top salon customer accounts across the vibrant territory of Kent and surrounding areas!
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
· Build strong client relationships, adding value to salons.
· Assist in implementing marketing activities for sales growth.
· Coordinate brand events during launches and retail periods.
· Ensure premium brand presentation and product promotion in salons.
· Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and meeting targets.
What Do I Need?
· A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
· Demonstrable experience in account management within a face-to-face setting.
· Residency in or within close proximity to Kent

· Salary: Up to £33,000 (Depending on level of experience)
