Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Contracts Manager based in Newcastle. The role involves overseeing contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, coordinating project timelines, and managing budgets. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project completion within scope and deadlines. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining project efficiency.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge in contract management, negotiation, and compliance with industry regulations.
* Expertise in project management, budget tracking, and timeline coordination.
* Proficiency in stakeholder communication, client relationship management, and conflict resolution.
* Experience in construction processes, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in construction-related software and tools is preferred.
* Experience managing commercial and domestic construction projects is an advantage.
* A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
