We have a 12 month opportunity for a Community Midwifery Manager to manage our existing community midwifery teams. We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking experienced midwife to lead and develop services and people towards excellence in providing midwifery care in the community context. Advert To provide expert clinical advice in relation to the education, management and leadership of teams of midwives and support staff To lead, manage and co-ordinate staff and activity within the community teams To empower and enable midwives to advocate for women in relation to birth choices, complex birth and personalised care planning. To provide expert intrapartum care and advice in relation to home births To lead on the development, planning and future implementation of services in line with recent government drivers and local recommendations and initiatives.
