What You’ll Learn
From day one, you’ll be embedded in the fast-paced world of recruitment, gaining exposure to a wide range of business-critical functions, including:
* Professional front-of-house and reception duties, including call handling and appointment scheduling
* Accurate data entry and management of our bespoke candidate database
* Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools
* Payroll preparation and timesheet reconciliation
* Client liaison to ensure payroll and compliance deadlines are met
* Invoice and financial reconciliation
* Compliance and referencing in line with current legislation
* Updating job adverts on multiple platforms
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate with genuine enthusiasm, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed. This role demands excellent communication skills—particularly over the phone—as well as a proactive, can-do attitude.
Essential Requirements:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grades A–C
What You’ll Receive
* Structured apprenticeship with full training and on-the-job mentoring
