A leading, award-winning technology organisation based in Manchester's MediaCity is seeking a Senior Lead Instructor specialising in Cloud, Data, and AI technologies to join its innovative digital skills division.

The Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role within the organisation's digital skills function. As Senior Lead Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering and developing high-impact training programmes in cloud-based data, big data, and AI technologies. You'll also work closely with corporate clients to design bespoke upskilling solutions aligned to real-world business needs.
You'll need a blend of deep technical know-how, practical industry experience, and a passion for teaching. This is your chance to help shape the future tech workforce while working in a vibrant, innovation-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training on cloud, data and AI technologies to a broad range of learners.
* Design and update training materials, including labs, presentations, and assessments, aligned with current industry needs.
* Collaborate with employers to design bespoke learning pathways and upskilling programmes.
* Mentor and support learners throughout their journey, fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices across cloud, data, and AI.
* Maintain certifications and ensure training meets the highest quality and compliance standards.
Essential Experience
* 8+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis, cloud platforms, big data technologies, and AI.
* 5+ years delivering technical training to professionals and career changers.
* Must hold a valid Certified Trainer accreditation on a major cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
* Strong grasp of data modelling, warehousing, and cloud-based deployment of machine learning models.
* Proficient in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages.
* Skilled in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
* Able to create engaging, outcomes-driven learning experiences for a wide audience.
