An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join a busy and ambitious Governance Services team. This role offers the chance to work across a varied portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, delivering high-quality administration and exceptional client service throughout the full client lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients Support the full client lifecycle, including onboarding and ongoing administration Deliver high standards of client service and relationship management Ensure transactions are understood and processed accurately and efficiently Support WIP management, billing and debt collection processes Delegate and coordinate work within the team to meet deadlines and service levels Provide technical support and assist with training where required Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in corporate, trust or fiduciary administration STEP or CGI qualification (studying or willing to work towards) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise workload Confident working independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with relevant systems advantageous If you’re looking to develop your career within a supportive and professional governance environment, we’d love to hear from you.
