Introduction
Can you ensure we are the charity of choice in our community? If you're driven, a natural networker, and looking for personal fulfilment from a career with real purpose, this could be the role for you.
This is a new and exciting role within the Philanthropy and Partnership team in fundraising.
What you’ll need to be successful in this role
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a natural people person who can confidently share our story, build meaningful relationships, and inspire others to support us. You’ll be out and about across South Devon, engaging with local communities and companies, and finding the most meaningful ways for them to get involved.
We’re looking for someone supporter-focused, highly organised, and full of energy and enthusiasm. You’ll be motivated by our cause and enjoy the pace and variety that comes with working in a small, supportive team. It’s a role that requires creativity, teamwork, and a lot of heart; no two days are quite the same.
What’s in it for you?
You will be supported and encouraged to innovate and try new things. Our scope of work and confident organisational vision create opportunities for progress and development. We work together with passion and pride in an environment that is caring, inclusive, and welcoming. While the role can be challenging, you'll clearly see the impact of your work and feel recognized as part of something remarkable.
As a manager, you will be supported to participate in the Leadership and Management training programme offered by Rowcroft.
