The IT Help Desk team is fundamental in supporting colleagues across our multi-site business. We're continually growing and improving our services, which is why we are currently looking for an IT Support Supervisor to join our team.
As an IT Support Supervisor at Barchester, you will be working as part of the IT Help Desk team to allocate work to the team and provide front‑line technical support for our employees. You should be able to inspire a team with a heavy workload to maintain an excellent level of service to the business.
As well as the need for flexibility to work weekends when needed, there may be a requirement for travel and overnight stays, so a full clean UK driving licence is essential.
About You
You will be a team player whose phone manner is confident and friendly. You’ll have previous experience of managing a team and allocating work. You’ll also have outstanding communication skills which enable you to deliver accessible advice. Ideally, you will be a self‑motivated individual who can work proactively without supervision.
