What will your day to day look like?
You’ll get plenty of face‑to‑face time with clinicians and surgeons, building strong relationships with KOLs in your region. After a 7‑week training, you’ll become a product expert and help customers maximise product benefits.
* Identifying key stakeholders
* Creating business plans and approach strategies
* Conducting product demos with customers
* Attending orientation, education, and scrub sessions
* Supporting tendering and quotation processes
* Attending conferences and events
You’ll work closely with your Regional Sales Manager to achieve ambitious targets and help your region grow.
This role will suit you if you…
* Have experience in medical device sales (or relevant consultative sales)
* Have a degree in a medical related field
* Are comfortable in theatres and operating rooms
* Know how to build long‑lasting commercial relationships
* Can speak the language of clinicians and surgeons
* Are able to negotiate confidently
This role involves travel across the South Wales region, so you’ll also need a driving licence and be comfortable visiting customer sites regularly.
