We are partnering with a leading international Accountancy firm to recruit an experienced
HR Business Partner
to join their growing People team in either their Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
This is a key strategic role, supporting senior leaders across a dynamic and client-focused professional services environment. You will play a critical part in shaping people strategy, driving organisational performance whilst delivering high quality HR Partnering to select functions within the business.
Previous experience of working within Professional services or similar environments such as Banking, Management Consultancy, Law Firms will be highly advantageous in this instance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the HR agenda across assigned functions.
* Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, succession and leadership capability.
* Drive performance, engagement, inclusion and culture initiatives aligned to business goals.
* Lead HR input on change initiatives including acquisitions and post-acquisition cultural integration.
* Diagnose organisational challenges and implement effective structural or behavioural solutions.
* Support sustainable growth through effective talent and workforce planning.
* Oversee complex and sensitive employee relations matters, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes.
* Interpret and utilise people metrics to inform decision-making.
* Contribute to the design and delivery of leadership development and manager capability initiatives.
About You
* Significant HR Business Partner experience within professional services or a similarly complex environment.
* Strong experience influencing senior stakeholders and Partners.
* Proven background in organisational development, change management and workforce planning.
* Experience supporting post-acquisition integration.
* Exceptional employee relations capability.
* Analytical, commercially aware and confident in challenging and influencing at senior level.
