Head of Operations. Overseeing the daily operations of Corporate Catering & the Food Truck to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff schedules, inventory, loading in and out, serving, all menu development and logistics.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the daily operations of Corporate Catering & the Food Truck to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently, including managing staff schedules, inventory, loading in and out, serving, menu development and logistics.
* Staff supervision: Hiring, training, and supervising staff; ensuring employees are well-trained in customer service, food safety, and operations.
* Inventory management: Monitoring inventory levels to ensure the food truck/events are stocked with the necessary products; ordering products, managing stock rotations, and minimizing waste.
* Vendor relations: Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices to benefit the food truck/events.
* Customer service: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback; implementing customer service policies and ensuring staff adherence.
* Financial management: Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting; ensuring that the market meets its financial targets and operates within budget.
* Compliance and safety: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food regulations; conducting regular inspections and training staff on safety procedures and food handling standards.
* Business development: Developing and implementing long-term strategies to grow the market and improve its competitive position; market analysis, identifying opportunities, staying updated with industry trends; assisting with tender applications.

* Experience: Not required
* Languages: English – Advanced
* Employment: Full-time
* Schedule: 5 days a week
* Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 yearly
* Benefits: Additional Bonus structure
* Starting time: Immediate start
