Job Description: Customer Service Team Member at Ocado Logistics

Role Overview: You will be out on the road in all weather conditions, delivering groceries and providing excellent customer service. We use automated technology to plan your routes and load your van, making your job smoother.
Working Patterns and Compensation: Our shifts include evenings and weekends, with premiums increasing your average hourly earnings to £13.53. Paid breaks are included, so you are paid for every minute at work. Additional overtime opportunities are available for extra earnings.

Requirements: No previous experience needed. Just bring a positive attitude, and our training team will support you. You must have:
* A full UK or EU driving licence
* At least 6 months of driving experience
* No more than 6 penalty points
* No disqualifications in the past 5 years
Some deliveries involve alcohol, so applicants must be over 18. Good communication skills are essential as this is a customer-facing role.

Contract Details: Permanent, 40 hours per week including paid breaks. Shifts include AM & PM, starting as early as 5:30 AM and ending as late as midnight. Rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure: Lunar pay, paid every 4 weeks. Pay rates vary by shift and premium periods.
