Overview
Seeking a Specification Sales Manager who specialises in heat interface units. The role is centred on building relationships with consultants, local authorities, housing associations, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with consultants, local authorities, housing associations, and developers/contractors.
* Promote product ranges, with a focus on heat interface units, and provide technical/specification support for new builds, retrofits, and heat network projects.
* Deliver CPD presentations and respond to specification enquiries and tenders.
* Track and grow the specification pipeline, converting opportunities into sales.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulations to inform strategy.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align product development, marketing, and sales efforts.
Skills & Experience
* Proven background in specification sales or technical sales within heating networks.
* Strong technical knowledge of hydronic systems, heat interface units, and relevant standards/regulations.
* Direct experience working with heat networks.
* CP1 Accreditation required.
* HNTAS course desirable but not essential.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial acumen and project management ability.
* Based in London with willingness to travel as required.
