Overview

As a field‑based Sales Account Manager at Hilti, you will build strong relationships and influence positive outcomes by delivering innovative solutions to Marine, Offshore and new‑build customers. Your role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and driving profitable growth across your region.


Responsibilities

* Develop clear strategies and plan site visits across your designated region to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
* Identify opportunities to acquire new business, grow current accounts and collaborate with colleagues and Business Developers to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
* Focus on key customer relationships, proactively identify new business opportunities including upselling new product ranges.
* Take full ownership of the operational, organisational and strategic account management of your sales area using CRM Salesforce to remain connected, informed and efficient.


Qualifications

* Full manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and willingness to travel.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
* Experience in B2B Sales, building robust pipelines and exceeding targets.
* Comfortable working onsite every day, Monday to Friday, in a fully field‑based role.
* Solution‑oriented with the ability to uncover customer pain points and promote suitable solutions.
* Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to present to all customer levels.
* Motivated drive, curiosity and a passion to learn, develop and grow.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously, managing time and priorities.
