What the Job Involves The job involves managing and driving forward the delivery of the Pan-Sussex Children with Complex Lives programme. This includes overseeing planning, delivery, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and risk management to ensure all project elements are aligned with strategic priorities and outcomes. Leading day-to-day programme delivery and coordinating workstreams. Ensuring progress aligns with milestones, KPIs, and budget requirements. Managing programme risks and mitigation plans. Building and maintaining relationships with local authority, NHS, education, and justice partners. Coordinating data collection, impact monitoring, and reporting. Using insights to inform service development and strategic decision-making. Skills Experience in managing complex multi-agency programmes. Knowledge of children's services or related systems. Stakeholder management and leadership skills. Financial and risk management expertise. Excellent communication skills. Systems leadership or transformation programme familiarity (desirable).
