These schools are seeking both daytoday supply and longerterm class teachers to cover planned absences and ongoing vacancies. This is an excellent opportunity for ECTs who want to build confidence, gain experience across different year groups, and secure roles that suit their availability-whether flexible shortterm placements or fulltime longterm opportunities.
