Veterinary Client Care Advisor - Friern Barnet
We are looking for someone who enjoys providing great service and working in a team. This full‑time role works 40 hours a week, including 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu. Shifts will be 8 hours and vary between the following times. Part‑time hours can also be considered if suitable.
* 8:30am - 17:00pm
* 10:00am - 18:30pm
* 11:00am - 19:30pm
Responsibilities
* Be the friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets upon arrival.
* Build strong relationships with clients, their pets and the practice team.
* Provide exceptional client service during visits, ensuring absolute satisfaction and encouraging return visits.
* Greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise.
* Manage payments and future bookings confidently.
* Coordinate the smooth running of day‑to‑day routines using the online booking system.
* Stay fully up‑to‑speed with practice services and additional services to provide guidance.
* Be calm, attentive, and always focus on clients' needs.
* Bring enthusiasm and drive to your role, matching passion for service with love of pets.
* Handle any situation thrown at you, from comforting a client dealing with bad news to sharing the joy of a new puppy's first visit to the vet.
* Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice along with your fellow colleagues.
* Receptionist experience is preferred but not essential.
