Adult Support Worker - Cream Team
As a leading healthcare agency, we are seeking an experienced Adult Support Worker to join our Cream Team.
You will work in a supported living scheme for residents with learning disabilities in Cannock. In return, you will receive:

Shifts are available on days or nights, and you can choose which shifts and days to work.
Support Worker Responsibilities:
* Working one-to-one with residents with learning disabilities
* Providing guidance for domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
* Assisting and encouraging with personal care
* Promoting independence of the service users
* Facilitating community access when required
* Ensuring residents enjoy social activities and a fulfilling life
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 6 months experience working with adults in the care sector
* Experience with learning and physical disabilities, including challenging behaviour
* An enhanced DBS check covering adults, ideally with the update service
* Completed a full course of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine, unless medically exempt
* A passion for delivering excellent care and motivating adults to thrive
* Good spoken English
* Minimum 3-year work history to provide references
* Two references, one of which must be from social care
