You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception, booking in vehicles, raising and closing job cards, gaining authorisations for work to be carried out, liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress, arranging courtesy cars using the one link system, costing and invoicing, customer handovers and up selling. It is essential that you possess the relevant Service Advisor experience within the motor trade when applying for this position. Service Advisor Requirements: The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills, ideally coupled with Kerridge experience.
