Role Overview: As a PE Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Key Stages, encouraging participation in a range of sports and physical activities. Your role will involve promoting a positive sporting culture while supporting students' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities as a PE Teacher: Plan and deliver practical and theoretical PE lessons that cater to a range of abilities. Promote active participation, healthy lifestyles, and team spirit. Assess students’ performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Organise and support extracurricular activities, including sports teams and school events. Uphold school behaviour policies and ensure a safe learning environment. Requirements for the PE Teacher role: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. A degree in Physical Education or a related subject. Experience teaching PE in a UK school setting. Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills. A passion for physical education and student well-being. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
