Location: Flexible - based at any Glanville Environmental depot in Somerset, Devon, or Cornwall, with regular travel across operational sites

Glanville Environmental is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Reactive Maintenance to lead the operational delivery of all reactive and fast-tracked projects across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, and the Isles of Scilly.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards while meeting internal and external KPIs. This senior leadership role combines technical expertise in civil engineering and "no-dig" technologies with exceptional people management skills. You will mentor and develop your team, drive operational efficiency, maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for business growth.

1. Lead and inspire reactive maintenance teams to deliver projects 24/7, 365 days a year.
2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including CDM 2015 regulations and company procedures.
