We're now looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused Call Centre Advisors to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who have already expressed an interest in our products. No cold calling just be the first voice our customers hear on their journey to sustainable living.

As a Call Centre Advisor, you'll play an important role in helping homeowners take the first step toward cleaner, more efficient energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with warm leads
* Explaining our solar and renewable products in a clear, honest way
* Identifying customer needs and answering questions confidently
* Qualifying customers around home suitability and sustainability
* Scheduling appointments for our specialist teams
* Updating customer information accurately in our CRM
* Carrying out general administrative tasks
* Delivering a high‑quality customer experience every time
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment
* Clear, confident and friendly telephone manner
* Great communication and listening skills
* Basic IT & CRM skills
* Ability to follow scripts, processes and compliance requirements
* Strong customer service focus
* Able to work towards targets in a positive, professional way
* Punctual, reliable and team‑oriented
* A willingness to learn, grow and develop your skills
