Key Responsibilities Act as a 2nd/3rd line escalation point for the service desk team, resolving complex technical incidents and problems. Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Take full ownership of tickets, incidents, and maintenance tasks-managing them through to resolution with clear and consistent communication. Ensure systems remain secure, supported, and up to date by maintaining and patching customer estates. Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal technical standards, procedures, and documentation. Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory. Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, including identity, security, tenant configuration, and ongoing management. Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a methodical and analytical approach. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
