Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Branded Hotel Group
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus
Location: Manchester
I am currently recruiting an Area Sales Manager to join a well-established hotel group in Manchester. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales across multiple properties, developing strong client relationships, and maximising revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Generate new business leads and build a strong corporate pipeline
* Manage key accounts and develop long-term partnerships
* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and attend trade events
* Work with revenue and marketing teams to deliver on business strategies
* Monitor performance reports and implement action plans to achieve targets
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Sales Manager in hotels or a similar customer-focused environment
* Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Confident, ambitious, and commercially driven
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Knowledge of the Manchester market is highly desirable
