Role Overview
The Quality Systems Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administering and maintaining the company's electronic Learning Management System (LMS) across all sites. This includes acting as the global SME for the LMS, executing data entry, creating training curricula, troubleshooting issues, and generating reports for audits and reviews. The role involves collating data for key performance indicators and supporting the global Quality Systems team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the LMS, serving as the SME
* Perform data entry and generate reports for audits
* Create and update training curricula
* Support Quality Systems KPIs data collection
* Perform administrative duties to support the team
Candidate Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK or a valid work permit
* 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
