Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Northampton – On Site.
Salary: £37,000‑£47,000 (dependent on experience). Full‑time. Flexible working considered.
About the role
We are developing our team and have an exciting opportunity for a full‑time Occupational Health Advisor to join our In‑House Occupational Health and Wellness team. You will help shape the Occupational Health team and department, working closely with the overall organisation to improve the physical and mental health and wellbeing of our staff. We are looking for a nurse with the experience and capability to practise occupational health autonomously.

Who You Are
* A confident, competent and highly motivated individual with ability to engage others to effect positive health change.
* Proactive approach to health care and a visible presence within a multi‑disciplinary team – including HR, Health & Safety, Psychological Practitioners and Occupational Health Physician.
* Case management experience: work autonomously to meet service levels for management referrals and consultations.
* Able to carry out a range of vaccination programmes.
* Driven to develop excellent working relationships within the organisation.
* Lots of energy and drive to work in a busy, demanding but friendly team.
* Good organisational skills and ability to contribute towards project leadership.
* Able to work flexibly and undertake occasional travel to different sites.
