We’re looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to join our Volkswagen dealership in Stourbridge.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Promoting and nurturing a customer care culture aligned with manufacturer and company standards
* Using monthly management accounts to monitor profitability and take action to maximise opportunities
* Developing sales and marketing plans and budgets to achieve agreed financial and sales benchmarks
* Organising, directing, and controlling the activities of sales staff to meet plans and budgets
* Ensuring optimum use of all material and resources available
* Coaching and training sales staff in customer satisfaction, prospecting, follow-ups, sales process, time management, and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
* Sales staff management experience within an automotive retail environment
* Previous experience working in automotive sales for a dealership
* Experience working with similar-profile brands
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Motor trade experience
