In this hands-on role, you will support the testing and development of advanced battery technologies, contributing to critical tests, data analysis, and lab maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Battery Testing & Equipment OperationAssist in the execution of battery performance tests under the guidance of engineers.Operate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.Perform basic adjustments to test protocols and ensure tests are executed according to specifications.Data Handling & DocumentationAssist in extracting, transforming, and analyzing raw test data for review by engineers.Maintain accurate logs and documentation for traceability, quality control, and compliance purposes.Ensure data integrity and consistency across all testing processes.Lab Maintenance & Calibration SupportAssist in calibrating and maintaining testing equipment to ensure precision and reliability.Ensure the lab environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary consumables (e.g., connectors, labels, PPE).Support inventory management of test consumables and equipment.Safety & ComplianceFollow stringent safety protocols when handling batteries, particularly lithium-ion cells.Participate in lab safety audits and contribute to continuous safety improvements.Stay updated on the latest safety regulations and industry best practices.Collaboration & SupportCollaborate with engineers to support test plans and ensure seamless execution of testing procedures.Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and high standards of testing.Ensure customer-focused testing efforts meet data integrity and quality standards.Qualifications:Experience in an engineering or testing environment, particularly in battery testing or development.Familiarity with industry-standard battery testing equipment (e.g., Keysight, NI LabVIEW).Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and data acquisition systems.Previous experience working in a lab or test facility with structured safety procedures.Ability to follow detailed engineering instructions and perform script-based test setups.Strong documentation skills for accurate data recording and reporting.Desirable Skills:Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and data management.Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as ISO, SAE, or UN guidelines.Why Join Us?
