Your Role (What you'll be doing) As a vital member of our Bath technical team, you will:
* Full Service & Repair: Carry out routine servicing, complex mechanical repairs, and maintenance to brand standards.
* MOT Testing: Perform MOT inspections (if qualified) ensuring safety and compliance.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain the high standards of workmanship our customers expect.
* Technical Innovation: Work with modern vehicle systems and participate in ongoing technical training.
* Collaboration: Work effectively as a team player with the ability to manage your own workflow under minimum supervision.
What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) is essential.
* Experience: Ideally at least two years of experience in a busy, high-quality workshop environment.
* Compliance: A full UK driving license is required.
* Attributes: Presentable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about automotive engineering.
