We're now looking for a Traffic Admin to join our team and provide efficient admin support to ensure smooth and timely transport operations.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Maintain and complete timely and accurate records for the transport department
* Monitor, input and process driver payroll information
* Process, Dispatching outbound loads, final quality check on site if pallets on hold, correct trailer being taken
* Check outbound loads using the drivers outbound paperwork and dispatch after checks completed.
* Move trailers systematically using YMS, making sure information matches Blue Yonder
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Have previous experience of data input and admin duties
* Experience communicating with customers
* Transport administration experience
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office) (Excel)
