Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £55,000-£65,000pa
We are looking for someone who can provide insightful finance business partnering support, build relationships across the business, and help improve decision-making and performance.
You will ensure business stakeholders understand and agree on assumptions and targets, which will be incorporated into robust financial models to support the Bank's strategy.

About you
- Excellent numerical skills with a recognised finance qualification
- Banking sector experience, with knowledge of lending, capital considerations, and regulatory landscapes
- Excellent MS Excel and modelling skills, and proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience of driver‑based analysis, cost allocation, developing pricing tools
- Ability to improve and automate financial processes
- Solid business and commercial acumen
- The ability to build collaborative relationships and influence at every level across the business
- Ability to handle high volumes of complex and technical information and distil into clear messages to impacted stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness to the needs of the wider Finance & Treasury team, whilst ensuring quality support to the business is always maintained
