Were seeking a People and Systems Coordinator to support our clients People Operations function. This role delivers accurate, compliant HR administration while supporting the effective use and continuous improvement of People systems.
Youll be a first point of contact for people-related queries and manage core HR processes including recruitment administration, payroll inputs, contractual changes, Right to Work checks, DBS renewals, probation and leaver processes. Youll also support HR systems maintenance, data integrity, GDPR compliance, and system improvements.
About you:
CIPD Level 5 qualified
Proven HR operations experience in a customer-facing role
Strong knowledge of GDPR and HR data governance
Advanced Office 365 and HR systems user, with Dayforce expertise
Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working with stakeholders
Desirable: ServiceNow, PowerApps or Power BI experience.
This is a home based role with the expectation to travel to client sites as and when required across the South of England.
