We are working with a well-established and growing organisation based in Ely who are seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting financial decision-making and business performance.Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes
* Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
* Assist with year-end reporting and audit preparation
* Monitor cash flow and working capital
* Improve financial processes and controls
* Partner with non-finance stakeholders to support business objectives
About You
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Proven experience in a management accounting role
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proficient in Excel and accounting software
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
