Our team oversees hiring, promotes best practices, and provides deep analytical insights to enable optimal talent selection.
We are seeking an experienced search consultant to teach our senior executives how to source talent for senior leadership roles. Your key skills will include:
1. Professional experience in identifying and approaching senior leadership talent within the Technology industry, either from a professional search firm or an in-house search function.
2. Experience training senior stakeholders in headhunting techniques.
3. Proficiency with tools used for market mapping and future talent identification.
4. Ability to conduct behavioral interviews using competency-based and psychometric assessments.
5. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns from data.
6. An excellent academic background, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field, with a good level of Math at high school.
Location: EMEA - Home-based.
The role involves:
* Developing search strategies to facilitate smooth talent pipelines.
* Coaching senior leadership teams to improve hiring outcomes and talent attraction.
* Driving talent analytics to provide real-time insights and streamline hiring processes.
* Conducting behavioral interviews to gain insights into motivations and behaviors.
* Building relationships with global stakeholders to meet hiring goals, monitor activities, and ensure process consistency.
* Considering employer branding and candidate experience.
* Seeking continuous process improvements.
* Promoting diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from hiring and sourcing strategies.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in headhunting within the Technology industry, either from a reputable executive search firm or in-house.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and developing their ability to identify and engage passive talent.
* Knowledge of psychometric assessments.
* Experience conducting and training others in behavioral and competency-based interviews.
* Academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology or related fields and a good level of Math.
* Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with LinkedIn talent modules.
* High personal organization, ability to work remotely effectively, and willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks.
