Are you an experienced Payroll Manager looking for a leadership role in a dynamic environment? Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a skilled Payroll professional to lead a small team and manage the end-to-end UK payroll operation for a choice employer based in the Doncaster area.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Payroll Manager will include:
* Managing the full UK payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Leading, developing, and motivating a small payroll team
* Collaborating with finance, employment tax, and HR teams for seamless operations
* Overseeing payroll-related projects, including process improvements and system upgrades
* Handling payroll queries, including those related to international payroll and overseas assignments
* Managing third-party relationships with payroll vendors and service providers
* Taking ownership of annual reporting requirements such as Gender Pay Gap and Directors’ Reporting Requirements (DRR)
Key Skills & Experience required:
* CIPP qualification or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in a Payroll Manager or Payroll Leadership role
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance
* Experience managing international payrolls, including shadow payrolls
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities
