About the Role: Executive Chef
• Strong leadership background within premium or high-end dining
• Confident in managing full operations, people, standards and output
• Deep knowledge of meat, whole-animal butchery and premium cuts
• Commercially sharp — forecasting, planning and budgets are second nature
• Passionate about developing people and building positive kitchen culture
