A brilliant new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in a brand new state of the art care home located in Holt, Norfolk. The care home, the latest flagship nursing home in historic Holt, offers residential, dementia, respite and nursing care in a beautiful and well‑designed setting.
Key Qualifications
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Duties
* Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
* Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
* Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
* Report any ill health amongst residents and request a GP/professional visit where necessary.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Proven experience of working in a care setting.
* A good team player.
* Well‑developed time management and leadership skills.
* A can‑do attitude.
