Our client requires Mechanical Project Managers for commercial installation projects in the London and Herts. Beds areas. The projects will involve the full mechanical package including aspects of plumbing, pipefitting, duct fitting, and full HVAC installations.
Successful Mechanical Project Managers must have the following:
1. All the relevant tickets and qualifications including CSCS card, SMSTS etc.
2. Experience managing a full mechanical HVAC installation project on commercial buildings.
3. Two checkable working references from similar roles as a Mechanical Project Manager on commercial construction sites.
The hours on site will be a standard 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday, paying a negotiable day rate dependent on experience.
