Join to apply for the Compliance and Risk Analyst role at Ecclesiastical Planning Services Limited (EPSL), part of Benefact Group. Based in Gloucester with hybrid work options. 35 hours per week, permanent contract.
Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Compliance & Risk (SMF16) and the Compliance & Risk Manager in the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the regulated environment within EPSL.
* Provide clear and practical explanation, advice, and guidance on regulatory compliance matters to the wider business.
* Feed analytical findings into the creation of Risk & Compliance training modules and present these to the first line.
* Support oversight and monitoring work as per the EPSL Annual Oversight and Assurance plan, ensuring results are accurately recorded and feedback is delivered to the first line in a timely manner.
* Produce accurate and prompt reporting when required and champion Consumer Duty across EPSL and its network to deliver great customer outcomes.
What you’ll need to have
* Familiarity with FCA regulation, including Business Principles and Consumer Duty.
* Experience in regulatory areas such as complaints handling, incident reporting, and quality assurance (essential).
* Experience in first and second line risk environments, promoting a positive risk management culture (essential).
* Experience leading on compliance monitoring activities and feeding results into regular formal reporting (essential).
* Ability to build effective relationships and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable
* Familiar with FPCOB.
* Understanding of Appointed Representatives.
* Power BI experience.
