Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)
Great teams build great products. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating exceptional hiring experiences.
In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers across product, engineering, design, and operations to attract and hire outstanding talent. You will play a key role in shaping structured hiring practices, improving recruitment operations, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

This is a 1-year contract position.
What You’ll Do
Build High-Quality Teams
* Drive end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles including product, engineering, design, and operations.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
* Run structured and high-signal interview processes that ensure consistent and fair candidate evaluation.
* Deliver a thoughtful and positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
* Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Strengthen Hiring Operations
* Improve and standardise interview workflows and hiring processes across teams.
* Support interviewer calibration and training to ensure high-quality assessments.
* Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment operations through better tools and processes.
* Collaborate with HR partners to ensure hiring practices remain aligned with organisational policies.
Support Team Growth
* Coordinate onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
* Work with leadership to identify capability gaps and future hiring needs.
Contribute to Organisational Health
* Track and analyse indicators such as hiring quality, attrition trends, and capability coverage.
* Support leadership in gathering and interpreting team feedback and engagement insights.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly hiring for technology roles.
* Strong understanding of structured hiring and interview best practices.
* An operational mindset with the ability to design and improve scalable recruitment processes.
* Confidence partnering with technical leaders, product teams, and HR stakeholders.
* Strong judgement in evaluating candidates and interpreting hiring signals.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
