You will need to manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment. Additionally, you may be required to provide general cover for absent teachers. Required Qualifications: A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in any subject is essential for this role. Education: A degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in teaching or working with students is advantageous. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles Strong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in specific subjects or areas of education are desirable.
