About your role Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will lead an efficient team of Credit Controllers, maintaining low levels of overdue debt and ensuring there is no build-up of aged debt through effective credit control activities. You will support and coach your team, working within a positive and supportive environment, ensuring customer queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner to deliver excellent customer experience. Acting as an escalation point, you will assist with complex queries and support training and development needs of the team. To be successful in this role you will: Have a sound credit control background and line management experience Be able to effectively lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve set performance indicators. Have e xcellent communication skills and strong customer service skills to influence stake holders through effective communication methods. Have high attention to detail and can-do attitude to solve problem. Achieve set goals resulting in a well-run credit control team that is adaptive to change.
