The company is seeking an E-commerce Business Assistant to report directly to the E-commerce Channel Manager. This position involves working as part of the sales team to evaluate sales functions and objectives, support the management of existing customer relationships, and take on additional responsibilities as the business continues to grow. Job Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required. Strong cross-cultural skills with the ability to adapt to diverse working practices and principles. A clear understanding of the business-to-business environment and its needs. Proficiency in collaborating with partners and departments while managing tight deadlines on multiple projects. Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of business and market data, along with a good grasp of numerical analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential. Job Responsibilities: Product Launch Support : Assist in introducing new products on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify by updating product details, and images, and enhancing webpage aesthetics. Competitor Analysis and Content Optimization : Conduct competitor research and maintain existing product pages, ensuring information is current and optimized. Agency Collaboration : Work with agencies (e.g., Amazon DSP, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to deliver high-quality content and design that balances business outcomes with brand representation. Keyword Management : Generate keyword and search term reports, and perform keyword optimization for sponsored ads and organic product listings on Amazon and Shopify. Customer Service : Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately, providing excellent customer service. Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze sales and operational data from the brand store and prepare monthly reports. Account Issue Resolution : Resolve issues related to Seller and Vendor Accounts.
